1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and a9piso ("a9piso," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the a9piso online gaming platform, including all associated websites, mobile interfaces, games, betting services, promotional programs, and customer support channels (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the registration process, depositing funds, or placing any wager on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions that may be published on the Platform from time to time.

2. Eligibility

1. You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, as required under Philippine gaming regulations administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
2. You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
3. You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
4. You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of a9piso, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
5. You have not previously been self-excluded from the a9piso Platform or had an account terminated for cause.
6. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

a9piso reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a valid Philippine government-issued identification document such as a passport, driver's license, or PhilSys national ID. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of eligibility may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money gaming features on the a9piso Platform, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

1. One Account Per Person. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) a9piso account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
2. Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date.
3. Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time PIN with any third party. a9piso will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
4. KYC Verification. a9piso is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. You may be required to submit a copy of a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process.
5. Account Closure. You may request the closure of your a9piso account at any time by contacting customer support. Any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard procedures prior to account closure.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the a9piso Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

1. Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits may be made via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods made available on the Platform from time to time.
2. Deposit Processing. Deposits are generally credited to your account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. a9piso is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
3. Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. a9piso reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits or verified as belonging to the account holder.
4. Withdrawal Processing Time. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.
5. Suspicious Transactions. a9piso reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
6. Currency. All account balances, bets, winnings, and transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). a9piso does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

a9piso may offer bonuses, free bets, cash backs, reload bonuses, and other promotional offers to eligible players. The following terms apply to all bonuses and promotions unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion's specific terms:

1. Wagering Requirements. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
2. Validity Period. Bonuses expire if not used within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.
3. One Bonus Per Promotion. Unless otherwise stated, each player is entitled to claim each promotion once. a9piso reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer if it determines that a player is attempting to claim it multiple times through duplicate accounts or other means.
4. Game Contributions. Different game types may contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and certain slots may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution rates are stated in individual promotion terms.
5. Abuse. a9piso reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings if it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk betting strategies designed to fulfill wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the a9piso Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. The following general principles apply across all games:

1. Random Number Generators. All non-live games on the a9piso Platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and certified to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
2. Published RTP. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all slot and e-game titles are published within the game information panel. These figures represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
3. Live Dealer Games. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time. Game outcomes are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, dice) and are not subject to RNG manipulation.
4. Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game, a9piso reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager. Winnings generated from a demonstrably malfunctioning game will not be honored.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the a9piso Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account rule.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion with other players or with Platform staff to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any transaction that violates Philippine anti-money laundering laws.
• Allowing a third party to access or operate your account on your behalf.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward a9piso staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software component of the Platform.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

a9piso reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

1. Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, including age verification.
3. Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
4. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
5. Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a financial institution.
6. Request by the account holder for self-exclusion under the responsible gaming program.

In the event of account termination for cause, a9piso reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If no breach is ultimately established, any remaining balance will be returned to the player via the original payment method.

9. Responsible Gaming

a9piso is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players. The Platform provides the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps through their account settings.
• Session Reminders: Players may configure time-based reminders that notify them of elapsed playing time.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who believe they may have a gambling problem may request permanent self-exclusion from the Platform by contacting customer support.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the a9piso Platform, including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements, is the exclusive property of a9piso or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of a9piso.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, a9piso shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

a9piso's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

a9piso does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

12. Privacy

a9piso collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. a9piso will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is processed solely for the purposes of operating the Platform, complying with PAGCOR regulatory requirements, and improving the player experience.

13. Amendments to These Terms

a9piso reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, a9piso will publish the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting customer support.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the a9piso Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
